SHIPPING AND RETURN CONDITIONS

Bonmarks Oy (business ID 3131505-6) sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested when placing an order will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it.
When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force from time to time.
Payment service provider
The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

You have access to the payment buttons of all Finnish banks. You can pay using the payment buttons of Aktia, Danske Bank, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpank, Osuuspank, POP-pank, S-pank, S-pank and Ålandsbanken. Once you have the username and password provided by your own bank and are paying for your online purchases, you will be transferred from our online shop to your own bank for a short time and pay for the products you have chosen directly from your own account, safely and securely.
Credit card payments
You can pay online with Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Debit MasterCard and American Express cards. The online shop uses the international Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode and American Express SafeKey authentication services. Card payments are made securely via a secure payment form and no payment card details are stored in the e-commerce systems.
Mobile payment methods
Our online shop also allows you to pay easily and securely on mobile. Mobile payment methods Pivo, MobilePay and Transfer are in-app services that allow you to pay for online purchases by transferring money from your account or by card payment from your card by accepting a payment in that app. Pivo also supports Transfer payments, allowing you to accept a payment in any application that supports Transfer.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Orders will be confirmed by e-mail, indicating the price of the order, the delivery costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order.
Delivery method and costs
You can see the delivery costs of your order after you have chosen the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered (e.g. postal parcels) or unregistered deliveries, where registered deliveries can be tracked with a tracking number. Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can also collect your order free of charge from Bonmarks Oy's office in Helsinki Lauttasaari on weekdays Mon-Fri 10-16 / Fri 10-15. Please note that the package must be picked up within 30 days of placing the order!

The price for postal delivery is 6,90€/delivery.
The price of delivery is 8,90€/delivery.
DHL Express domestic delivery at 9,90€/shipping. We deliver abroad via GLS in addition to DHL. The price of orders shipped abroad will be calculated at the time of finalizing the order.
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-5 business days, depending on the order and the delivery method. More exact times will be indicated in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. In the event of abnormal delivery times, information will be provided on the front page of the online shop.
Exchange and return conditions
Bonmarks Oy acts as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The online shop takes care of the legal obligations related to the trade and other obligations it determines itself.
If you wish to exchange the product, you can do so by returning the product by post (return fee 6,90€) and placing a new order.
Discounted products also have a right of exchange and return.
The customer is responsible for paying the refund. The refund fee is 6,90 €. The cost of the refund will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Note! We charge 6,90€ for an uncollected parcel.
- The customer must first indicate the products to be returned using the "Return Form" in the Bonmarks online shop, based on the order number and email address. Please note that returns without an electronically completed return form will be rejected.
- Please pack your return carefully in the original packaging. You can return the product via Post with the return code "636308" and deliver the returned product to a Post office or a post office. When returning a delivered order, please include the return part of the delivery note with your order number, name and contact details.
- For returns, you as the customer are financially responsible for the arrival of the shipment at the Bonmarks Oy office. Please keep the receipt from the post office until we have received and registered your return.
Note! When returning from abroad, use local parcel delivery services. The customer is responsible for paying for the return. The service provider will charge you for transporting the package back to our online store.
In addition, you can return products purchased from our online store free of charge to Bonmarks Oy's office in Helsinki Lauttasaari on weekdays Mon-Thu 10-16 / Fri 10-15.
In addition to the product, take the order confirmation you received by email when you made your purchase and any proof of payment. The delivery note accompanying the parcel is not valid as proof of payment.
We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once a return has been accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account after the return has been received and processed. Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the value of the return to you without delay or at least within 21 days of the return being received by us for processing.
The refund will be made using the payment method you used when you placed your order. A refund fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
If a product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order, you must report the fault within 14 days to the parties listed in the exchange and return policy. If the parcel is damaged in the post, you must make a claim to the post office immediately.
