Purpose of processing personal data

Personal data is processed in connection with orders, invoicing, contacts, marketing, service development and other measures related to the management of the online store in accordance with the data protection principles.

Bonmarks Ltd processes personal data itself. Due to the technical implementation of data processing, some data may be held by subcontractors of Bonmarks Ltd. Bonmarks Ltd will ensure that these parties process the data in accordance with the GDPR.

Principles of register protection and storage

The customer register is treated confidentially. The register is adequately protected from third parties by firewalls, passwords and other technical protection measures.

The register is not kept in hard copy. Bonmarks Ltd will retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it is used. Personal data in the customer and marketing register will be deleted when the data used is identified as obsolete or unobtainable. Customers can update their name and address data in the My Data section of the online shop. Other information can be updated by contacting the webshop administrator.
