Bonmarks Oy (business ID 3131505-6) sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland. The prices of the products include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered online by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for the contents of the cart at the online checkout. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact details requested at the time of ordering will not be used for any purpose other than to deliver the order or to clarify any ambiguities in it.
When ordering from the online shop, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of delivery in force at the time.
Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) is the payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. Orders will be confirmed by e-mail, indicating the price of the order, delivery costs and the products ordered. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your e-mail address when placing your order.
Delivery method and costs
You will see the delivery costs for your order once you have selected the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders by registered delivery (e.g. postal parcels) or unregistered delivery, where registered deliveries can be tracked by a delivery ID. Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can also collect your order free of charge from Bonmarks Ltd's office in Lauttasaari, Helsinki, on weekdays from 10am to 4pm.

The price for postal delivery is 6,90€/delivery.
The price for delivery by courier is 8,90€/delivery.
DHL Express home delivery within the country at 9,90€/delivery. We deliver abroad via GLS in addition to DHL. The price of orders delivered abroad will be calculated at the time of finalizing the order.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-5 business days, depending on the order and the delivery method. More detailed times are indicated in the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect damage caused by delays. In the event of abnormal delivery times, information will be provided on the front page of the online shop.
